Parth Academy is not a startup. Not a franchise. Not scaling. A small group of teachers in Varanasi who have been doing the same thing, the same way, for fourteen years.
Rajesh graduated from IIT Delhi in 2009, worked in Bangalore for two years, and realised he wanted to teach. In 2011, he moved back to Varanasi and rented a small room above Shri Ram Sweets in Lanka. He started with six students — all from his neighbourhood.
Fourteen years later, he still teaches every batch. He still knows every student’s name. He still writes problem sets by hand on Sundays.
No plans for a chain. Just this: one centre, one philosophy, and a cap of 22 students per batch.
I do not want to build something big. I want to build something that works.Rajesh Sharma
We do not grow fast. We grow right.
No turnover, no visiting faculty on the website that you never meet in class.
There is no innovation here. Just deliberate, consistent practices that have been working for over a decade.
22 students max. Every row is front row.
Consistency over intensity.
Real retention, no cramming.
No rotation, no confusion.
Just show up, no appointment.
Live, in person. Presence matters.
